Prairie OT provides private Occupational Therapy services to children in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.
Therapy may be provided at your child’s home, daycare or preschool.
In-home therapy is convenient for families and supports a child’s ability to learn and practice new skills in their natural environment.
Occupational Therapy is a health profession that uses meaningful activities, task modification and environmental adaptations to help people participate in daily activities to the best of their abilities.
Occupational Therapists work together with families and other professionals to support a child's development.
The OT may provide suggestions to help your child develop important motor, sensory, attention, thinking and social interaction skills.
An OT may also suggest ways to help your child be more successful in daily activities such as playing with friends, getting dressed, taking part in mealtimes and participating in community outings.
